Procesoperator (M/F)

Re:Source is a pioneer in processing potato shreds and recovering by-products from the vegetable processing industry for quality animal feed. With our innovative and sustainable process, we ensure the avoidance of food losses.

What to expect?

As a process operator, you will be one of our first employees in our brand-new production facility in Wielsbeke. Here, you will be responsible for independently operating, monitoring, adjusting and maintaining state-of-the-art machines and systems.

Your duties include:

• Ensuring uninterrupted production from the control room;
• Performing quality checks in our own lab;
• Independently solving operational problems;
• Loading and unloading trucks;
• Periodically maintaining the machinery/production environment;
• Working closely with internal & external colleagues as a key person in the start-up phase;
• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.

What do we expect from you?

• You graduated school (A2) in a technical field;
• You are willing to work shift work with flexible working hours;
• You like to take initiative and are able to work autonomously;
• You are entrepreneurial, hands-on and problem-solving;
• You are eager to learn (there will be a lot of training in the first months);
• No work experience yet? No problem, recent graduates are certainly eligible!
